Our cancellation policies are as follows:
- Full refunds minus a $35 processing fee will be given for cancellation requests received more than ten business days before the first day of the workshop.
- Requests received within five to ten business days before the workshop will be 50% refunded, minus a $35 processing fee.
- Cancellation requests received within four business days before the workshop, or non-attendants will not be refunded.
Registrants who are unable to attend are encouraged to find an alternate participant in order to avoid the cancellation fee. The fee will be waived if the empty space is filled by a new registrant.
No refund requests will be honored post-workshop.
